Front End Loader Operator – Immediate Start
📍 Location: Shepparton
🕖 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional night/weekend shifts)
Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced Front End Loader Operator
to join our client’s dynamic team at a busy asphalt plant in Shepparton.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused operator ready to hit the ground running. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you’ll need:
✅ Current Driver’s Licence
✅ Front End Loader Ticket
✅ White Card
✅ Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Operating the front-end loader to support daily plant operations
🔹 General site duties as required
🔹 Following safety protocols and assisting with equipment upkeep
