Chandler Macleod is seeking a Forklift Operator to support the team at Steggles, Beresfield.
 

• Immediate start | Full time hours
• Beresfield location | Free onsite parking
• Opportunity to transition to perm

About the role
In your new role of Forklift Operator, you will support the team in:

• Palletising finished products
• Allocating pallets to the appropriate areas
• Using pallet jacks and forklifts to manoeuvre stock around the workplace
• Working in a refrigerated & freezer environments
• Undertaking repetitious manual handling-oriented tasks whilst adhering to strict policies, procedures and timeframes

About you
As a Forklift Operator, you will be physically fit as the role is fast-paced and repetitive. In addition, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role (i.e. manual handling, distribution/warehousing, etc.)
• High reach forklift experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A reliable vehicle and drivers’ licence
• Valid forklift license (essential)
