Chandler Macleod are seeking Forklift Operators
for our client at their Distribution Centre in Hazelmere. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a high reach forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role supports the day-to-day operations of receiving, storing, and shipping goods to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Start Date for both roles is Monday 20th October.
Job 1: High Reach Forklift Operator
We’re seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution centre. If you have a strong safety record and enjoy working in a team environment, this is your opportunity!
Morning Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm Monday to Friday with possible overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Picking and replenishment of stock in high racking
- Loading/unloading trucks and staging stock
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Valid LF Forklift Licence
- Proven experience operating high reach forklifts (Crown, Toyota, or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator with experience using a twin tyne attachment for palletised goods and bulk load handling in a busy distribution centre.
Morning Shift: 5:00am-1:00pm Monday to Friday with possible overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating twin tyne forklifts to move stock and materials
- Handling large or awkward pallet loads with precision
- Loading/unloading trucks and containers
- General warehouse support
- Valid LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated forklift experience with 1 year using twin tynes or High Reach
- Strong awareness of warehouse safety protocols
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
