Forklift Operator (LF)

Chandler Macleod has fantastic opportunities available working for experienced pick packers to one of Australia’s leading Logistics companies located in Dandenong South VIC.

These roles are working in a fast-paced warehousing environment, you will be required to perform manual handling work, pick packing work that may involve Voice Picking, operate electronic pallet transporters (Tuggers) and palletizing orders. We are looking for candidates who can work  DAY  &  AFTERNOON   &   NIGHT SHIFTS.

This role involves manual lifting to 20kgs, so you will need to be physically fit and able to work consistently well in a busy warehousing environment.

To be successful for this role you must be:

• Able to work DAY (6AM - 2:00PM) or    AFTERNOON   (2pm - 10PM)  or  NIGHT SHIFTS (10pm - 6am)
• Must be  available to work a minimum of 5 days per week, be flexible to time changes.
• Must have a valid LF lisence 
• Willing and capable to do repetitive manual handling up to 20kg
• Demonstrated Warehousing  pick & pack experience required
• Electronic Pallet transporters (Tugger) experience preferred
• Strong team player who can work in a dynamic and diverse work environment
• Excellent work ethic and initiative
• Have a conscientious attitude towards Safety in the Workplace
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

SHIFTS start from either 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm OR 10pm - 6am and are generally Monday to Friday and typically run for 8 hours, however availability is required for up to 10 hours.

*Saturday and Sunday shift available as well (shift times do vary)
