Food Waste Processing – Immediate Start

We are seeking reliable, physically capable individuals to join our clients team at a waste facility in Wetherill Park. Our site processes organic food waste from commercial clients, using live insects to help break down the material.Shifts are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm - occasionally overtime will be required. 

About the Role:

• Working in a hands-on environment handling organic waste materials
• Involves physical labour, standing for long periods, and lifting items up to 20kg
• General cleaning duties at the end of each shift
• Opportunity to be part of a sustainable and innovative operation

What You Need:

• Must own steelcap boots (all other PPE provided)
• Comfortable working in an environment with food waste odours (exhaust systems and scrubbers in place)
• No allergies to shellfish
• Ok with live insects (larvae) – although not required to handle them directly on the waste line
• Good attitude, strong work ethic and reliable character
• Able to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
