We’re currently seeking Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitters to join a Rio Tinto project in Paraburdoo. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Australia’s leading mining companies on a short-term contract with competitive pay rates.

Role Details

• Roster: 8:6 and 7:7 (mix of days and nights)
• Location: Paraburdoo – FIFO from Perth
• Project Length: Up to 6 months
• Competitive pay rates

Requirements

• Mechanical Fitter qualification
• Minimum Manual C Class license
• Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
• Must currently reside in WA and be able to travel to Perth for flights

Highly Regarded (but not essential)

• Boilermaker qualification
• MR License
• Confined Spaces
• Working at Heights
• Gas Testing Atmospheres
