Fixed Plant Electrician

A fantastic opportunity to be involved in the application of effective whole-of-life asset management practices to achieve ongoing safe maintenance and operation of existing physical assets. Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be conducting inspections, scheduled maintenance, breakdown maintenance and project upgrades to Utilities assets including but not limited to:

• Electrical transmission and distribution
• Fuel Delivery and hydrocarbon assets
• Compressed air systems
• Water & Wastewater Management Systems
• Assisting Generation Team with Power Station shutdowns
• Provide electrical support to fellow mechanical and hydrocarbons team
• 8/6 Roster
• FIFO

• Understanding of RTIO safety systems and demonstrated strong health & safety performance.
• Western Australian Electrical Workers Licence
• Background in Industrial electrical maintenance
• Experience in the maintenance of PLCs and Citect systems
• High Voltage switching qualification and experience in high voltage network switching and operations
• Western Australian Heavy Rigid driver’s licence
• High Risk Work Licences LF, DG, EWP/WP

• Experience in the maintenance of high voltage transmission and distribution systems
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Cert IV in Electrical Instrumentation
• High Risk Work Licences in CV, RB, C6
• EEHA qualification and experience
