Finance Officer

We’re currently partnering with a range of clients across Canberra and are recruiting multiple Finance Officer positions in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general finance operations.

With December and January start dates available, these roles are ideal for candidates seeking stable, ongoing opportunities in well-established organisations.

About the Roles As a Finance Officer, you’ll support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy across key AP/AR processes.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  
  
• Managing end-to-end AP or AR workflows.
  
  
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records.
  
  
• Responding to internal and external finance enquiries.
  
  
• Assisting with month-end and general finance administration.
  
  

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking motivated candidates who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality financial support.

You’ll bring:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
  
  
• Prior finance, AP, or AR experience (highly regarded).
