Finance Officer

Finance Officer 
4 Month Contract | Melbourne CBD | Hybrid

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join a supportive finance team on a temporary 4-month contract. This role offers flexibility between 0.6 – 1.0 FTE depending on candidate availability. Role is ideally 0.6 FTE.

About the role
In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for finance queries, supporting the Finance Manager and broader corporate services team. Duties include processing accounts payable/receivable transactions, reconciliations, credit card management, month-end support, and assisting with budgets, forecasts, and audits.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar finance role
• Strong skills in Oracle Payables, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to integrity, confidentiality and accuracy

Details

• Hourly Rate: $50 - $55 + super
• Location: Melbourne CBD (hybrid – 3 days in office)
• Contract: 4 months (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)
• Start: Within the next few weeks
