Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a Level 7, 6-month contract with the WA State Government in the Perth CBD. This role will focus on developing and reviewing business cases, providing financial leadership, and ensuring sound financial management using TechnologyOne (TechOne) software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of business cases to support executive decision-making.
• Provide high-level financial leadership, advice, and strategic insights.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with government standards.
• Ensure compliance with government financial policies and frameworks.
• Utilise TechOne to deliver accurate reporting and financial analysis.

What You’ll Bring

• CPA qualification(essential)
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager
• Strong knowledge of TechnologyOne (TechOne) financial systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing, reviewing, and assessing business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
