We’re seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators based in Perth, WA to join multiple Rio Tinto Projects. Enjoy competitive pay, steady rosters, strong safety culture, and supportive teams.

🔶 Yandi Production – Ongoing Opportunities
Roster: 8:6 / 7:7 (rotating days & nights)
Pay: Up to $60.76/hr(up to $68/hr for highly experienced digger operators)
Hiring for All‑Rounders who can operate at least 2 of the following:

• EX3600 or EX5600 Excavator
• Letourneau L2350 Loader
• CAT 16M & 24M Graders
• D11 Dozer
• CAT 854K Wheel Dozer

🔶 Yandi Civil – Ongoing Opportunities
Roster: 8:6 / 7:7 (rotating days & nights)
Pay: Up to $68/hr
Positions:

• Excavator Operators (30T–90T)

Requirements:

• GPS experience (CASE Minestar preferred)
• Experience with sumps, final trim & trenching
• Minimum 2 years’ operating experience

🔶 Paraburdoo – Project Role (Until Oct 2026)
Roster: 8:6 (dayshift only)
Pay: Up to $60.76/hr(higher rates for experienced digger operators)
Positions Available:

• PC1250 Excavator Operators – 2 roles
• D9 Dozer Operators – 2 roles
• CAT 16M Grader Operator – 1 role

Interviews: ASAP via Microsoft Teams

✔️ What You’ll Need

• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Proven experience on relevant machinery
• Rio Tinto inductions (highly desirable)
• Ability to pass a full pre‑employment medical & DAS
