Field Officer (Construction)

We’re seeking a Casual Field Officer to join our clients team. This is a hands-on, labour-focused role involving construction, renewal, modification, rehabilitation, and maintenance of irrigation and dam infrastructure across multiple worksites.
This position is paid at A1–A4, depending on experience ( $37.10 – $42.94 per hour).

About the Role

• Work on a range of civil and infrastructure projects
• Travel daily from the Tatura office to various worksites
• Carry out manual labour tasks in line with project requirements and timelines
• Contribute to high-quality outcomes across the Winter Works Program

• Current Car Licence and HR Licence
• Valid Construction White Card
• Police Check
• Experience in civil construction, maintenance, or agricultural sectors
• Reliable transport to and from work

• Immediate start required
