Factory Process Worker

Role: Factory Process Worker at Tip Top Bakeries Dandenong 
Position is casual and can be  1 - 4 shifts per week + ADHOC extra shifts available 

Shift start times varybut most common shifts are:
20:00PM to 4:00AM
12:00PM noon - 20:00PM
2:00AM - 10:00AM
4:00AM - 12:00PM noon 
1:00AM - 9:15AM

Shift duration:  8 - 10 hours 

PAY RATES:
Ordinary Day is $31.18 
Ordinary Early is $35.08
Ordinary Night is $40.54
Ordinary Afternoon is $35.86


Requirements:   Ability to be physically able to complete the tasks required including lifting up to 25kg repetitively, work on your feet for the duration of a shift.

Experience:

• Working in a factory or warehouse environment preferred 
• Working and handling food 
• Following food safety procedures

•   Operating machinery:
  This includes setting up, adjusting, and monitoring equipment used in the baking process. 
•   Feeding raw materials:
  Ensuring the production line has the necessary ingredients, like flour, water, and yeast, in the correct quantities. 
•   Assembling products:
  This could involve tasks like shaping dough, placing toppings, or packaging finished loaves. 
•   Maintaining quality:
  Monitoring the production process to ensure products meet Tip Top's standards for taste, texture, and appearance. 
•   Following safety procedures:
  Working safely and adhering to all relevant workplace health and safety guidelines. 
•   Teamwork:
  Collaborating with other process workers and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow. 
•   Shift work:
  May involve working various shifts, including nights and weekends.
