Factory Process Worker

📍 Location: Tip Top Bakeries Dandenong, VIC

🕒 Employment Type: Casual – ongoing (1–3 shifts per week, as required)

Shift Information:
Shifts are scheduled across day, afternoon, and night shifts, with majority of shifts required on weekends, nights and early 2:00am starts.  Shifts can run for up to 8 hours.

About the Role We are seeking reliable and flexible casual Production Workers to join our team at Tip Top Dandenong. You will work across multiple production areas including muffins, crumpets, rolls, and bread, playing a key role in delivering products that meet Tip Top’s high standards of quality, consistency, and freshness.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate safely in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Assist with the preparation, baking, and packaging of baked goods
• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery as required
• Feed raw materials (e.g. flour, water, yeast) into production lines
• Perform visual and physical quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work on an casual and  ADHOC roster(1–3 shifts per week)
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
