We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Process Workers to assist our production team during this busy season.
What you’ll be doing:

• Working on production lines to ensure quality bread and bakery products
• Performing quality checks and maintaining food safety standards
• Moving and handling bread products throughout the factory
• Mixing ingredients, assisting in preparation, and general process duties
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas

About the role:

• Location: Tip Top Bakery – Dandenong, VIC
• Type: Adhoc casual role – ideal for students or those seeking flexible hours
• Shifts: Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts available (approx. 1–3 shifts per week)
• Potential for more hours leading into the Christmas period

What we’re looking for:

• A team player with a great attitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts across a 24/7 operation
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Previous factory or process work experience (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit – some manual handling involved
