Facilities Project Coordinator 
Location: North Sydney (Office-based, 5 days per week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Coordinator to join our client’s team on a 12-month contract. This role is pivotal in managing the operational delivery of a national battery resilience program, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Oversee creation and national assignment of battery works to suppliers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to meet reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Operational Support:
    • Manage program reporting and ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) standards.
    • Initiate battery job orders and manage stock replenishment.
    • Approve supplier invoices and conduct on-site quality checks.
    • Liaise with landlords for site access and provide technical SME support to contractors.
  • Project Coordination: Lead ad-hoc projects and support the National Field Service Manager with general tasks.
About You
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in project coordination within IT or telecommunications.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
  • Technical: Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel essential).
  • Compliance: White Card certification and valid driver’s license required.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to undertake occasional field work and after-hours tasks.
Working Conditions
  • Office-based in North Sydney with occasional travel for inspections and audits.
  • Some evening or weekend work may be required for urgent issues.
