We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Casual Administrative Assistant to support our client’s busy team in Wodonga.

This role offers flexible school-hour shifts, with flexible hours of 15-25 hours per week. You’ll need to be available up to 5 days a week to provide coverage during periods of annual or holiday leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and system updates using Kronos (Payroll) and SAP
  • Accounts Payable (A/P) and P2P processing
  • Site ordering(uniforms, stationery, etc.)
  • Compliance and consignment tracking including Chep Control and daily stock reporting
  • Truck run sheet and KPI data entry
  • General administrative duties including filing, scanning, laminating, and site audits (monthly and quarterly)
About You:
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite(Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident learning new systems and processes
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous admin or data entry experience is preferred but not essential
