We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Support Officer to deliver exceptional, discreet administrative support to the Executive Assistant, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and members of the Group Lead Team on a 3-month temporary contract.
This position suits someone who thrives in a dynamic, multifaceted environment and brings outstanding organisational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and strong relationship‑building skills.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver comprehensive administrative, organisational, and scheduling support to the Executive Assistant, CFO and Group Lead Team.
- Oversee daily executive operations, including diary management, travel bookings, processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with preparing and coordinating Ministerial correspondence, Board reports, Executive papers and Committee documents, ensuring accuracy and meeting critical deadlines.
- Maintain executive records, documentation and correspondence, and proactively follow up outstanding matters.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to organise meetings, briefings and project-related activities.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, policies and ethical standards.
- Display accountability aligned to the clients Accountabilities Framework.
- Extensive experience providing executive-level or high‑level administrative support within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of governance processes, including managing Board, Executive and Committee documentation.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in producing high‑quality documents and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to meet the core and technical requirements detailed in the Executive Support Officer capability profile.
