Our client, a respected leader in the aged care sector, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant
for a temporary 3-month assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a meaningful industry supporting senior leadership, with the potential to transition into a longer-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-level diary and calendar management
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Managing correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Supporting executive-level decision-making with timely and accurate information
- Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assisting with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strong minute-taking and documentation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
