About the Role
Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant
to provide high-level operational and professional support to the CEO of a major infrastructure organisation. This is a pivotal role ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office and supporting strategic initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendars, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate Board and governance papers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track CEO and Executive Leadership Team commitments and ensure follow-through.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, promoting best practice and collaboration.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manage travel arrangements.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office with discretion and confidentiality.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an EA supporting C-suite executives in a large organisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Board-level activities and governance processes.
- Experience in a Government Business Enterprise (GBE).
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration or related field.
