We are seeking experienced candidates for roles including:

• Administration: reception, office support, documentation, general administration
• EA/PA: executive and personal assistance, diary and correspondence management
• Project Support: coordination, reporting, documentation, project tracking

We partner with government, corporate, and not-for-profit organisations, offering both short-term contracts and longer-term roles.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in administration, EA/PA, or project support roles
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
• Experience with MS Office, CRM, ERP, or project management tools
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
