Full-time | Contract until January 2026 | $64 per hour + super | Doncaster (Hybrid)

As the Advisor, Employee Communication, you’ll design and deliver engaging internal communication strategies that bring organisational priorities to life and strengthen employee understanding, connection and pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver and evaluate integrated internal communication campaigns that inspire and inform employees.
- Partner with business areas to design communication approaches that support organisational goals and positive culture change.
- Create authentic, engaging content that highlights the organisation’s work and impact in the community.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders to build communication capability and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
- Support the implementation of communication frameworks, policies and reporting tools that drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to proactive and responsive communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and protect organisational reputation.
- Degree-qualified in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.
- Proven experience developing and delivering strategic internal communication programs in large or complex organisations.
- Strong writing, editing and digital communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across diverse channels.
- Sound judgement, adaptability and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful engagement through communication.
