Electrical Engineering Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join our team. This is a site-based position working on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, with 12-hour shifts. FIFO available for the right candidate.

About the Role

As the Electrical Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating electrical engineering activities across site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in both maintenance operations and project delivery, driving high performance and operational excellence.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in electrical systems, technical compliance, and team supervision. The successful candidate will also act as the EEM delegate when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical maintenance and project tasks
• Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and in compliance with site standards and legislation
• Support the planning and execution of electrical capital projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop electrical personnel
• Act as EEM delegate as required

• 10+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering roles
• Proven experience in both maintenance and project execution
• Current EEM ticket – essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Previous site-based experience preferred
