Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for diverse projects
  • Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and regulations
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations
  • Prepare technical documentation, develop electrical drawings, and perform markups
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently
  • Identify and implement innovative electrical engineering solution
  • Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning as required
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years in electrical engineering, preferably in resources infrastructure, or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Australian electrical codes and safety standards
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, CablePro)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience with PLC and instrumentation design
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
