Job Title: Finishing Grader Operator
Location: Narrandera (Works primarily in Yass; location may vary across Narrandera, Wagga & Yass)
Start Date: 12 January 2026
Duration: 3–6 months (likely extension)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finishing Grader Operator who can confidently operate a grader to finishing level. The successful candidate will ensure work meets predetermined tolerances and standards, demonstrating sound knowledge of related techniques. You will also monitor and control the operation of other plant and staff involved in the process.

Key Details

• Hours of Work:
  • Standard: 8.5 hours per day, 76 hours per fortnight
  • Initial roster: 10 days on, 4 days off (including overtime)
• Work Structure: 9-day fortnight

Requirements

• Proven ability to operate a grader to finishing level
• Strong understanding of work techniques and safety standards
• Ability to supervise and coordinate plant and staff

Tickets & Licenses

• White Card
• WOF
• C Class Driver’s License or above
• TC (or willingness to obtain)

Additional Requirements:

• Complete a Police Check
