Job Title: Finishing Grader Operator

Location: Narrandera (Work is based in Yass – location may vary across Narrandera, Wagga & Yass)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract (until May 2026)
Work Hours: Typically 8.5 hours/day, 76 hours/fortnight
Roster: 10 days on, 4 days off (includes overtime)

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Finishing Grader Operator to join their team for upcoming civil works in the Yass region. This role requires a confident operator with proven experience in achieving finishing tolerances and standards. You’ll be responsible for safely operating graders and overseeing associated plant and personnel to ensure quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders to a finishing level with precision
• Monitor and control associated plant and staff
• Maintain safety and quality standards across all tasks

Requirements:

• White Card
• WOF ticket
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence or above
• Traffic Control (TC) ticket – or willingness to obtain
• Police Check
