Dozer Operator

We’re looking for skilled Dozer Operators to join our production team in the Pilbara. If you have experience in pattern prep, contour work, and pushing tip heads, this is your chance to work with industry-leading equipment in a supportive, safety-first environment.

About the Role:

Operating D10 and D11 Dozers on large-scale mining projects, taking on precision tasks like pattern prep, contour shaping, and pushing tip heads. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Tier 1 mining client that’s leading the way in innovation. Autonomous experience is highly regarded, as our client continues to integrate cutting-edge technology into their operations. Either MineStar or FrontRunner experience is preferred.

What We Offer:

• Pay Rate: Dozer Only: $65/hour - Other machines up to $75p/h 
• 8:6, 7:7 Roster 
• Ongoing work with a Tier 1 mining company
• Modern fleet and great working environment

Requirements:

• Demonstrated D10/ D11 operating experience in mining
• Proven expeirence in pattern prep and contour shaping
• Autonomous haulage experience and Mine Star or Front Runner
