About the Role
We are looking for a Despatch Coordinator to join our supportive team in the Southeastern Suburbs of Melbourne. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring jobs are accurately packed, labelled, and despatched on time, every time. You will be required to work Mon to Fri 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately despatch and deliver jobs on schedule
• Prepare consignment notes
• Pack, label, and manage stock control
• Process sales orders and organise proof of deliveries
• Support the Despatch Manager with daily tasks and KPIs
• Uphold safety standards and follow WHS procedures

About You

• Experience in warehouse or despatch work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exposure to Prism software is an advantage but not essential
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
