Director of Staff Engagement and Cultural Transformation

A dynamic organisation committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace is seeking a visionary Director of Staff Engagement and Cultural Transformation. This influential leadership role is offered on a temporary basis with the potential to be considered for a permanent position as the organisation evaluates its long-term needs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and drive cultural initiatives that enhance employee experience, boost morale, and support organisational growth. 

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in organisational development, change management, or HR leadership roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning and program execution capabilities
  • Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders across all levels
  • Expertise in employee engagement initiatives and cultural assessments
  • Data-driven analytical skills to inform decision-making
  • Proven leadership in guiding organizational change effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with digital engagement platforms
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Background in a similar industry or corporate environment
  • Certifications in change management or organizational development
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in staff engagement or cultural transformation roles
  • Successful track record of leading large-scale cultural change initiatives
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed for stakeholder engagement and team development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills
