Our client AGL are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join them on a contract for six months in a hybrid working environment.
About the Role
As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering initiatives that elevate digital customer experience. Working across multiple business domains and technical platforms, you’ll take end-to-end accountability for analysis activities from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative objectives and requirements
• Break down requirements into features, epics, and user stories with clear business rules
• Support Product Owners in shaping initiatives, identifying MVPs, and managing dependencies
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint planning
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support developers and testers during execution
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience delivering digital initiatives in agile environments
• Strong skills in technical requirement elicitation, especially for API development
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) accreditation
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Familiarity with web development practices and API management platforms (Azure, AWS, Swagger, Postman)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Marketing Cloud, Target, and Analytics
• Prior experience in the energy sector
