JOB TITLE - Customer Service Representative
HOURS - Full time
LOCATION - Erskine Park

Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join their client in Erskine Park, in a full time temp role! 

Are you a motivated individual with strong attention to detail? We need you!
In this role, you will be at the core of ensuring smooth operations, satisfying clients and customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling inbound enquires; ranging from point of order, to billing and delivery
• Using SAP to input order details
• Adhering to all client requirements and demands
• Liaising with stakeholders via phone and email

Essentially, you are coordinating deliveries, taking orders, ensuring a smooth experience for all clients and customers, as well as collaborating with stakeholders across the business!

About You:

• Strong SAP background
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team

As this role is integral to customer satisfaction, you will be expected on site from Monday to Friday.
