Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
Hours:
35 hours/week on a rotating roster between 7am and 7pm
Are you a customer service professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team in Lithgow. This is a fantastic chance to build on your experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service and support across a range of enquiries for a government agency. Shifts rotate weekly, typically including:
- Early starts (e.g. 7am)
- Mid-morning starts (e.g. 9–10am)
- Late starts (e.g. 11am)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years in customer service (call centre, administration, or retail)
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills
- Background: Previous government experience is a plus, but not essential
- Work Environment: Prior experience in an office setting preferred
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Teams)
- Strong email etiquette
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
