About the Company
A large NSW Government organisation is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their Lithgow Contact Centre. This full-time contract is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, solid administrative experience, and a passion for helping others.
 
About the Role
• Provide phone and email-based customer service within a government contact centre
• Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and manage complaints professionally
• Work across a rotating 7am–7pm weekday roster (35 hours/week)
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other systems to manage communications and tasks
• Participate in a structured training and nesting program to build confidence and capability
 
About You
• 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, admin, or retail)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills and email etiquette
• Able to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Previous office and/or government experience highly regarded
