Customer Service Officer / Admin | Transport | Hazelmere | 7am–3pm | Ongoing Contract

Our Hazelmere-based client in the transport industry is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer / Admin to join their team on an ongoing contract, working Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in meeting daily deadlines and KPIs
  • Manage customer enquiries and freight tracking requests
  • Assist with priority, interstate, and critical freight
  • Accurate data entry and adherence to procedures
  • Cross-train across contracts to maximise team support
  • Maintain Safety Standards and CoR compliance
Requirements
  • Previous customer service, admin, or transport experience
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP or Dynamics experience advantageous
  • Driver’s licence required
