Customer Service Officer / Admin | Transport | Hazelmere | 7am–3pm | Ongoing Contract
Our Hazelmere-based client in the transport industry is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer / Admin
to join their team on an ongoing contract, working Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in meeting daily deadlines and KPIs
- Manage customer enquiries and freight tracking requests
- Assist with priority, interstate, and critical freight
- Accurate data entry and adherence to procedures
- Cross-train across contracts to maximise team support
- Maintain Safety Standards and CoR compliance
- Previous customer service, admin, or transport experience
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- SAP or Dynamics experience advantageous
- Driver’s licence required
