Whether you’re seeking a full-time Monday–Friday role or prefer a flexible, rostered environment across 7 days, we have positions to suit your lifestyle. Roles range from call centre–based to mixed operational duties.

About the Roles: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with a variety of enquiries across different communication channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, professional support to customers.
  
  
• Responding to enquiries via phone, intercom, and in person.
  
  
• Assisting with general operational tasks as required.
  
  
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality service.
