Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and care

• Maintain and update customer records using internal systems

About You:

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time work
