Customer Service Manager – Macksville Memorial Aquatic & Fitness Centre

Ready to make a splash in your career? The Macksville Memorial Aquatic and Fitness Centre (MMAFC) is on the lookout for an energetic and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead its frontline team and deliver outstanding service experiences for our members, guests, and community.

This is your chance to combine strong leadership with your love of health, fitness, and community wellbeing in a role that’s hands-on, dynamic, and rewarding.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and inspiring the customer service team across reception, memberships, and bookings.
  • Driving memberships and ensuring every member and visitor feels welcome and supported.
  • Building strong relationships with hirers, members, and community groups.
  • Training, mentoring, and developing a high-performing customer service team.
  • Coordinating smooth day-to-day customer service operations in line with WHS and organisational standards.
  • Supporting the broader aquatics and fitness teams to deliver a seamless experience for all users.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in customer service leadership, ideally in fitness, aquatics, or leisure – or transferable experience in hospitality venue management, retail or childcare centre leadership.
  • Positive leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to train).
  • WWCC (NSW) and a Class C Driver’s Licence.
