Are you seeking an ongoing, high-volume role?

Our client is a 3PL site supporting one of the world’s largest e-commerce businesses. Acting as the first point of contact for 3PL customer service, this position manages customer enquiries, processes orders and handles customer documentation.

The role coordinates inbound and outbound goods by maintaining accurate records, updating inventory systems, and ensuring compliant documentation. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Process customer orders, including data entry, tracking, and order closure
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound goods
  • Ensuring accurate inventory updates
  • Prepare and process documentation for truck and courier collections and deliverie
  • Manage RF scanning to track inventory and shipments
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S, company policies, and GDP standards
  • Complete ad hoc tasks, including cargo check-ins and outturn reporting as required
