We're Hiring: Customer Contact Officer  - 15 Positions Available

Join our client’s team as a Customer Contact Officer where you'll deliver high-quality customer service focused on system outages and network inquiries. This role is ideal for someone with contact centre experience, strong communication skills, and a safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to outage and network inquiries with accurate, safety-focused advice
  • Coordinate field staff deployment and support incident resolution
  • Manage calls and maintain data integrity
  • Contribute to service improvements and team development
What You’ll Bring:
  • Certificate III in Customer Contact or equivalent experience
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholder enquiries and complaints
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
Requirements:
  • Initial 2 weeks of full-time (10 days) onsite training
  • The ability to commit to hours ranging from 15 to 38 per week, with flexibility to scale up or down based on business needs
  • Must successfully complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to starting — we’ll manage and support the process for you
