Chandler Macleod is seeking a Customer Complaint Officer to support the team at Baiada, Hanwood.

About the role
In your new role of a Customer complaint officer, you will support the team in:
 
  • Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, gathering relevant information, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, actions taken, and follow‑up requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve concerns professionally.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate them to the appropriate departments for improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing feedback to enhance customer experience and product quality.

About you
As a Customer Complaints Officer, you’ll help manage and resolve customer issues while supporting continuous improvement across the business. In addition, you will bring:
 
  • Previous experience in customer service, complaints handling, quality, or administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with good problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to manage complaints professionally, confidentially, and with empathy.
  • Confident using computer systems, including MS Office, databases, or CRM platforms.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage, but not essential.
