About the Role
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to guide procurement, tendering, and contract management processes—ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. This role is pivotal in supporting infrastructure and operational projects including civil works, building construction, roads, large plant and equipment purchases, and consultancy/service agreements.

About You
You’re a confident communicator and strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You bring deep experience in end-to-end procurement, particularly in evaluating tenders and managing contracts within construction and infrastructure environments.
You understand the nuances of Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract (AS2124-1992, AS4000-1997, AS4902-2002), insurance requirements, and evaluation methodologies including matrix and weighting systems. You’re also a capable team leader, ready to mentor and guide others.

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within civil works, buildings, and roads
  • Proven experience in tendering, evaluation, contract preparation and administration
  • Familiarity with AS2124, AS4000, AS4902 and insurance requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Class C Driver’s Licence
