The company is committed to transitioning to a low-carbon economy, employing underground mining methods, focusing on metallurgical coal, developing large-scale renewable energy projects, and rehabilitating previously mined areas for sustainable activities including renewables and agriculture.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Personal Assistant to support tendering processes and on-site operations. This hands-on role involves coordinating site inspections, trades, and personnel, as well as assisting with tender documentation. Familiarity with TenderLink is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site inspections, trades, contractors, and personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of tender documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organised contract and tender records.
  • Track tender deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for information gathering.
  • Provide general administrative support to the contracts and tender team.
Skills & Attributes
  • Proven experience in administrative or PA roles, ideally with tender support.
  • Proficient with TenderLink or similar tendering platforms.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in admin/PA roles with exposure to contracts or tendering preferred.
  • Experience coordinating site inspections, trades, and personnel.
  • Certificate III/IV in Business Administration, Contract Management, or similar is advantageous.
Employment Details
  • Temporary role – 12 months.
  • Full-time preferred, but 3-day part-time minimum considered.
  • On-site role in Muswellbrook, NSW.
