About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the setup and curation of learning content across multiple academies. This role focuses on ensuring meaningful capability uplift
by leveraging platforms like Viva Learning
and other content sources to deliver an exceptional learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer and set up existing and new pathways into Viva Learning (or selected technology).
- Curate targeted content across multiple disciplines to maximise relevance and impact.
- Leverage multiple platforms and content sources to enhance the learner experience.
- Support backend administration and configuration for optimal user experience at launch.
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience in learning content curation and platform setup.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
