Content Manager Lead

Content Management Lead – Fixed Term 6 Months
Location: Customer Services, Customer Experience Strategy
Pay: Up to $70 per hour
Hybrid: 50/50 WFH

We are looking for a Content Management Lead to drive high-quality, user-centric intranet content. This role blends content strategy, hands-on writing/editing, stakeholder engagement, and training. You will support content authors across the organisation and work closely with the design team to deliver seamless user experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Mentor and train content authors to improve writing, production, and design standards.
  
  
• Coordinate content creation across teams, ensuring quality and adherence to the Content Management Framework.
  
  
• Collaborate with designers to co-create engaging intranet experiences.
  
  
• Write, edit, and optimise content for usability and engagement.
  
  
• Monitor content performance and adjust based on user insights.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills to guide teams in balancing user needs with business outcomes.
  
  
• Experience in mentoring content authors.
  
  
• Understanding of site structure/Information Architecture and internal user journeys.
  
  
• High-quality writing/editing skills in plain English, UX writing, or content design.
  
  
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), SEO, and CMS content production.
  
  

Desirable:

• Experience working in design or UX teams.
