Construction Lead

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a Tier 1 global mining company operating a major Bauxite Mine in Gove, NT, delivering a multi-billion-dollar capital and closure program through to 2030.
We are seeking two Construction Leads to support a range of projects including capital works, infrastructure upgrades, remediation, closure, and process piping:

• Mechanical Construction Lead
• Multi-Discipline Construction Lead (Civil/Mechanical)

About the Role:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring HSE, cost, schedule, and quality compliance
• Develop scopes, manage contractors, monitor productivity, and manage project change
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and closure projects

Key Requirements:

• Proven construction leadership in mining, heavy industry, or large infrastructure
• Mechanical construction experience (Mechanical Lead) or civil/mechanical multi-discipline experience (All-Rounder)
• Strong HSE knowledge, risk management, and team leadership skills
• Ability to work in a remote FIFO environment

• $100/hour, including f lights and travel time (up to 6 hours)
