Are you an experienced civil construction professional looking to lead large-scale infrastructure projects? We are hiring a skilled Construction Coordinator (Civil) for a major civil works project in Pinjarra. This role involves managing concrete pours, earthworks, and structural construction, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple contractors on-site for civil infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Mines Regulations 2022
- Oversee QA/QC procedures, inspections, and validation processes
- Act as the main liaison between contractors, internal teams, and engineering providers
- Monitor progress against project schedule and budget
- Obtain permits and approvals required for site works
- Conduct hazard risk assessments and enforce safety standards
- Ensure scope delivery aligns with project specifications
- Civil or bulk earthworks trade qualification or technical experience
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (preferred)
- 10+ years' experience in construction or heavy industry, with 5+ years in civil EPCM or client-side roles
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and safety management skills

- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and safety management skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, safety legislation, and project management
- Must have full Australian Working rights
