Construction Advisor

Construction Advisor / Project Supervisor Pay Rate:$100 – $105 per hour
Roster: 8:6 | Hours: 12-hour days
Location: Tier 1 Mining Company

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Advisor / Project Supervisor to join our team on a Tier 1 mining project. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient construction execution while fostering a strong safety culture across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities comply with company HSE standards and policies.
• Lead HSE inductions, training programs, and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct and review HSE risk assessments and verify controls in the field.
• Manage contractor compliance with CMS activities including permits, JHAs, and SWPs.
• Oversee project execution, reporting, and contractor performance across safety, cost, and schedule.
• Support commissioning phases and QA/QC processes.

About You

• Strong knowledge of HSE policies, statutory requirements, and risk management processes.
• Proven leadership in construction execution and contractor management.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and build a culture of safety and compliance.
• Experience with systems such as Enablon, PEEPO, and incident investigation models.
