We are seeking multiple detail-oriented Compliance Officers
to join a fast-paced operations team. This 3-month contract offers the potential for extension and provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports safe, high-quality aged care services.
Role Overview
As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring suppliers meet required standards for delivering government-funded care services. You’ll verify documentation, maintain accurate records, and support suppliers to meet their obligations. This role suits someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance checks on supplier documentation, credentials, and registrations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records to support payment processes
- Communicate with suppliers to collect documentation and provide guidance on requirements
- Build positive supplier relationships to support ongoing compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development and Quality, to resolve issues
- Assist with incident and complaint investigations, gathering information and supporting corrective actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance workflows and processes
- Use technology and AI tools to support efficiency, reporting, and data management
- Experience in administration, compliance, or customer service with strong document management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and online meetings
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; CRM experience (Zoho advantageous)
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Willingness to use AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting
- Knowledge of aged care, Home Care Packages, or NDIS (helpful but not essential)
- Bowen Hills office with option for hybrid work
- Casual assignment with potential to transition to permanent based on performance
- Full Australian work rights required
- Background checks may form part of the onboarding process
