Clinician & Clinical Care/Case Management - Psychologist

About the company:
Our client is a large federal government agency focused on providing high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services. They take pride on meeting client needs through a combination of proven clinical practices and new and emerging evidence-based approaches. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team who are all dedicated to making a different in the lives of their clients.
 

About the role:

• You will be responsible for the provision of high quality and evidence based clinical services including intake assessment, referrals and complex case management.
• You will be responsible for coordinating a caseload across a wide range of individuals and their families.
• You will be maintaining clinical records, and report writing as required.
• You will be collating and analysing client data.
• You will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate level of care is assigned.
• You will be getting involved in community development projects as required.

 
About you:

• You will have experience in a similar clinical role
• You will have a passion for clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiatives.
• You will have extensive case management experience within a mental health or social/community services organisation

 
Mandatory qualifications

• EITHER Degree Qualified + Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) OR
• OR Social Work Degree + Current membership with Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) OR
• OR Masters Counselling Qualification + PACFA Registration as a Clinical Counsellor OR
• OR Masters Counselling Qualification + ACA at Level 3 or Level 4
• You will have Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance ideally, or have it granted before commencing the role.
