UKG PRO WFM Implementation

A major public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Change Lead
to support the implementation of a new UKG PRO Workforce Management (WFM)
system. This program will modernise timekeeping, streamline leave management and uplift workforce operations across a large, multi-disciplinary workforce.
Working closely with project teams, leaders and stakeholders, the Change Lead will deliver structured change activities to ensure smooth transition, strong engagement and long-term adoption of new ways of working.
About the Role
In this role you will manage end-to-end change delivery, guided by an established Change Centre of Excellence and Change Delivery Framework. Your focus will be on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption measurement and embedding behavioural change.
Key Responsibilities
Change Engagement & Stakeholder Support
- Facilitate engagement activities supporting system, process and behavioural change
- Apply change tools, templates and metrics to drive adoption
- Support effective change sponsorship and advocacy
- Lead pulse checks, readiness assessments and user feedback loops
- Guide end users through the transition to new ways of working
- Apply and refine the organisation’s change framework
- Align change activities with project objectives
- Develop dashboards, insights and reports to track adoption
- Create clear, engaging communications, presentations and visuals
- Maintain positive momentum through regular updates and insights
- Highlight key achievements to reinforce adoption
- Conduct learning needs analysis
- Co-design and support delivery of activity-based learning
- Track training sessions, attendance and proficiency
- Report on learning outcomes and skill application
- Adhere to organisational safety and compliance requirements
- Support continuous improvement of change processes
- Escalate risks and maintain a safe working environment
- Change management experience in complex environments (health/public sector preferred)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative approach
- Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm and ability to work independently
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end change for system or transformation programs
- Strong communication, facilitation and reporting abilities
- High proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Miro, Confluence etc.
- Certification in PROSCI, CCMP, APMG, CMI or similar
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (change, psychology, OD, management, HR etc.)
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams through change
- Experience in government, healthcare or complex service organisations
- Exposure to Human Centred Design, Agile or Behavioural Change approaches
